Job Description
- Responsible for the formulation of brand building and product integration marketing localization strategy of the branch, through new media channels and creative communication; Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
- Responsible for the overall market industry research and analysis of the branch, research the development of peers and the industry, and planning the overall market work strategy and goals;
- Responsible for formulating the annual market expense formulation, control and incentive assessment system of the branch;
- Responsible for the overall marketing plan of the branch, including the planning and execution of major online and offline marketing events, dismantling KPIs and evaluating and tracking promotion effects through data-based means, and adjusting and optimizing;
- Responsible for the management and operation of local digital marketing and communication related resources (including the combination of new media and traditional media), overall public relations strategy and crisis public relations response.
- Offline market material placement, audit and evaluation, and project follow-up.
- Required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.
- Should lead teams of staff, ensuring that you are available to furnish pertinent individuals with practical guidance, as required.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in construction industry
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and e-commerce software
